LGP Components
Laser-dot, engraved-line, and screen-printed light guide plates for OEM integration.
Optical Platform / Product Family
Patterned PMMA components and finished edge-lit systems configured by panel geometry, optical process, light-entry direction, luminous effect, and final application.
What It Is
A light guide panel (LGP), also called an LED light guide plate, uses edge-mounted LEDs and a precision optical pattern to redirect light across a thin, evenly illuminated surface.
It is ideal for retail displays, advertising signage, ceiling features, translucent walls, furniture, OEM lighting modules, and custom illuminated products.
Custom LGP Manufacturing
FH Lighting manufactures PMMA LGP components and finished LED light guide panel assemblies from customer drawings. Optical pattern density, LED entry, diffuser, reflector, cable exit, and support structure are reviewed together so the luminous surface fits the final display or architectural system.
Laser-dot, engraved-line, and screen-printed light guide plates for OEM integration.
Diffuser, reflector, LED strip, wiring, and edge protection configured as one assembly.
Rectangular, round, curved, linear, polygonal, and drawing-based shapes.
Voltage, control, color, mounting, production, packing, and transport options confirmed before sampling.
Panel Family
Light guide panels are the optical platform. Frameless panels are one finished construction made from that platform, while installation-ready, custom-shape, and tunable-white systems answer different project needs.
Opal face, patterned PMMA, concealed edge LEDs, reflective backing, and a taped or protected edge.

Format names describe geometry and installation, not separate optical products. The final build is selected after reviewing the panel span, bend requirement, LED entry direction, luminous finish, and support structure.

Curve direction, bend radius, optical pattern, LED entry, and support method are reviewed together.
Flat PMMA light guide construction for displays, ceilings, walls, furniture, and OEM assemblies.
Long, narrow light guide sections for coves, shelves, counters, corridors, and continuous features.
Thin curved formats reviewed around the material, allowable bend, brightness target, and installation surface.
Round, oval, polygonal, organic, or joined panels developed from approved project drawings.
Waterproofing is configured at the LED system level. For damp or semi-outdoor locations, FH selects a protected LED strip, sealed connectors, controlled cable entry, and a suitable driver enclosure. Final protection is confirmed for the complete electrical assembly and installation conditions.
Custom Process
Share drawings, size, quantity, LED color, installation position, and environmental requirements.
Material, light guide structure, LED strip selection, and diffusion layer are matched to the brief.
Brightness, uniformity, edge detail, color temperature, and assembly are checked during the 7-15 day sample production stage.
Panels are inspected and packed for the customer-selected shipping method; transit time and freight are separate from production.

FAQ
LGP means light guide plate or light guide panel. It is a patterned optical sheet, usually PMMA, that receives LED light at one or more edges and distributes it across a larger luminous surface.
Yes. Panels can be produced in small-format sizes, large-format panels, or tiled systems for bigger illuminated surfaces.
Color temperature, single-color output, tunable white, RGB, and RGBW configurations are selected around the customer brief and the required LED system.
Panel size, quantity, application, desired light effect, material preference, installation method, environmental exposure, and frameless requirements are the most useful starting points.
Retail displays, signage, architectural ceilings, translucent walls, furniture lighting, exhibition booths, OEM products, and industrial applications.
Sample production normally takes 7-15 production days after drawings and specifications are confirmed. Courier or freight transit time is not included.
Courier, air, sea, or a nominated forwarder can be selected according to size, schedule, and destination. Transit time and freight are separate unless they are included in the quotation.
